Yo I can’t even lie, I wish Slave Knight Gael had a fourth phase. He was that epic of a boss fight and by far by favorite in the series. Like before hand Artorias was my favorite but Gael was just incredible. And that is one tough old goat of a Hollow.

As the top comment said, easily the most underrated boss in the game, if not in all of souls

+3 zweihander made this boss easy, got him 4th try without the summon. Still one of my favorite bosses in the game, not sure why, the gargoyles are just cool and the music and arena are awesome

Am I the only one who always rolls through fire whenever it comes at me, and if I find out the hard way that I can't dodge through it then I run away from it.

i summonsed both summons right off the bat (i sometimes like to summon in game bc it feels like fighting w the homies), and we destroyed this guy. i felt so cheated. but then i absolutely clubbed NK, Midir, and Gael solo so i feel better lol.

Overall, including pvp, DS3 is a masterpiece.
